    Got the app on a whim when popmoney and zelle stopped working. Not only was adding my card just crazy simple, but that was all that was required for me to request and receive funds instantly. I was able to transfer the cash into my bank account instantly for a $3 fee. A god send. The ui is beautiful and smooth. Already in love with this app Full Review

    The app works great but i got 1 issue and hopefully i get a reply. I switched to a note 8 and after doing so i was trying to cash out and i cant use the fingerprint anymore, it always asks me for my 4 digits and it was more convenient for me using the print. Can't seem to find the issue and the toggle of using print is already on but never asked me to re enter a new print when i switched to my new note 8. Full Review

    This app worked great for about a week. They then made an unauthorized withdrawal from my bank account of 170$ after I JUST paid an almost 2$ fee to have the 168$ directly deposited into my bank. It overdrafted my account and the customer service refused to deposit the money back in my bank at no charge. They also were supposed to send a physical debit card to me weeks ago, and it was never recieved. Never using this service again, and I'm reporting them to the better business bureau! Full Review

    It was a pretty convenient and good app at first and the customer service was actually pretty decent and responded timely at one point, but i don't know what happened. Out of no where I haven't been able to send or receive money because of "unusual activity" and even if i have the money to cover a transaction available it'll still cancel me using my card. I've sent multiple messages to support about tje issue without any response and at this point I'm leaving a review hoping that I'll get contacted from it. Full Review

    worse customer service ever! They just dont respond. I used to love this app it was so convenient , than I was charged 3 times from out of state now my account has a negative balance , and this happened over 3 wks ago , I am still waiting for a response.     Heard a lot of great things about the app, so today I decided to give it a try. Completed all steps, got to add debit card portion only to be told my card isn't supported however it allowed me to add my routing and account number but still cannot send money!     Good app but company seems SHADY. They make it super hard to close your account. You can only do it on a computer, and they hide how to do it. The only way is to go help, and hunt for it there. Then, you can't even do it from the site, you have to actually message them and ask them to do it. The app seems to work well, but there is not much transparency happening. With Venmo and PayPal), you know they're both safe to use because they are both owned by Paypal/Ebay. But with Venmo, they post all your transactions publicly to FB and to their social network. If you turn that off, Venmo is good. But the best overall is just using PayPal friends and family transfer which is safe, easy and no fees to either party. Cash App is trendy and easy to use but they seem too sketchy to me. Especially these days, you need to keep your financial info in safe hands. Another better option is Apple Pay or Android Pay/Google Wallet. Full Review

    Initially I love the app it was great for business. I had a client dispute a payment that was already refunded to their bank and before it was investigated they deducted it from my account. They are giving me the run around trying to resolve this issue. They even closed my initial claim. If there is a possibility you could get scammed dont use cash app. They care NOTHING ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS... By the way I have proof of everything and they still closed the claim. Full Review

    Very disappointed. I use this app all the time. But sometimes with amounts over $500.00 their is a disconnect. The funds are not instant, and even worse CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS VERY VERY INCONSISTENT an has large amounts of money pending. I have a trucking company and we use this app to conduct business.     I have been using Cash app for a while now and all was well. Now the app is asking me to verify my identification through Facebook or my ID. I don't have facebook and the app can accept the front of my ID but not the back. I have sent Cash app about 10 emails and they first asked me to update or uninstall and reinstall. My app was up to date, but I decided to uninstall and reinstall, but the app is still not accepting my ID. I have called Cash app, send emails for over a week now, but no one is responding. I have some money In the app that I need to use but I cannot because the app is not accepting my ID...My money is being held hostage by Cash app... Customer service is the worst!! Full Review

    Worse app ever!!! I used the card they sent me over the New Year. I was double charged by the hotel. I immediately call customer service! No answer! Just a voicemail. This was Dec 30th 2017 a business day! I sent emails, no response until Jan 3rd 2018 at 3pm central time. I was told my claim would be "escalated" because of the late response. As of Jan 16th 2018, I'm still waiting. I've called and emailed no response once again. My next step is legal action, this is not how you do business. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!!!!     They give you the option to have a cash card, but we I tried to enable it. It takes me through a process, but when prompt to take a photo of the back of my ID. It would not let me. Even when prompted to take it on a darker background. Did take, but still nothing. Full Review

    They will steal your money. If it hasn't happened yet it will soon. I was using the app and enjoying the speed and convenience just like you. I also used the visa cash card since all my other cards are MasterCards. One day they froze my account saying they suspected fraud and did not give me any further information. They cancelled my account with the entire of my cash balance and has yet to respond to any of my questions to get an answer or my money back. It's not if it will happen...but WHEN!     If the money is sent and you want to cancel there is no option to cancel transaction. No phone number or email to contact a support team. I called my bank and they told me most banks have the same app. So, I will not and nor do I recommend this app. Call your bank they have an app that also allows a person to transfer money the same way.. except if you have questions when doing this thru your bank. You will talk to someone live thru the bank. Full Review

    I used to love this app because of it's simple and clean interface, and the fact that it is super easy to use. However, I'm giving 2 stars because I got a Samsung Galaxy S5 Active and the app is suddenly unusable. It says that I have to update my app in order to log into my account, which makes no sense bc it's updated. My phone is also working with the latest update so I am at a loss. I emailed support and was told there's not much they can do but wait for another update :--/ Full Review

    This app sucks. 4 times funds were sent to me and sent back to the sender. I sent and email to support and they told me sometimes it happens and the sender can try again. But if it keeps failing the sending will be charged a fee. They could not tell me why it was declined. I'll stick with PayPal only. Full Review

    Treansferred money to my bank account and used the instant option only to find out that money won't be available for 1-2 business days and I need it now.     Used to love this app. Used it for months without a problem. Yesterday morning I added money from my bank account and sent it to my sister. Everything was fine until last night I got a notification that my account is now negative but no other transactions show up in my history. I contacted support and they initially got right back to me but they clearly didn't read what had happened because they responded that I needed to add a checking account... I have a checking account linked and it doesn't explain why I suddenly have a negative balance. I've tried reaching out to support two more times with no response. I will be using google wallet in the future instead of this. Full Review

    A few Friends told me that they use this app and it is free of charge. I decided to download it and a friend deposited $400 to my account, when I got the notification it says that I only have $389 balance so they charge me $11 for $400 deposit. I tried calling, emailing, and every communication mode. It has been 5 days and no one has gotten back to me. I am really frustrated. Full Review

    This is messed up. I tried sending 25 dollars to my fiance and after I did so she accepted it and one it didn't go to her card, two it still says pending and 3 it won't let me cancel my payment.     The app is fine until you have to contact their customer service. They are the most inept department I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. They continue to ask for the same information over and over again and seem incapable of reversing the transaction. My friend has no access to her app due to new phone and reissued card.     The app was advertised as a quick way to send and receive cash. I downloaded it and my friend downloaded it. Both of our bank accounts were added he had money to send me he sent it but I never received it and it was bounced back to him. Since it's a weekend the money was in limbo. I would have rather used Western Union because I have cash in my hand right now. Yes it would have been more expensive but it would have worked your app didn't work and it tied up my money for 24 hours when I needed it. And now because it didn't work my buddy who is paying me the money he owes me has to wait until it goes back to his account and then mail it to me. thanks for wasting my time square cash I will never use your stupid app again. it's false advertising and now that I'm asking your support department what the heck happened with my payment I'm getting no response.
