    The newest update disabled auto rotate a from the menu screen for all Android devices...portrait is hardly helpful even if I happen to be holding my device already. If I'm watching Netflix I'm not holding my devices so I now have to turn my head sideways or pickup my device. Considering these devices will switch automatically deoending on the state of the phone, it's not something a developer needs to be messing with to begin with. Unbelievable... Full Review

    After upgrading my pixel c tablet to Android 8.1, netflix doesn't work right with some shows. It will get distorted or frozen with the sound still playing and sometimes will crash with the error 5.2 "there is a problem playing the video". Not all videos are affected... If I can download the show/EP in question, I can watch the affected video fine. Please fix. Full Review

    I like it's just that y'all are removing my favorite show(Family Guy) at least just remove the older episodes cause y'all got rid if the newer episodes. Just renew that deal with Fox or whatever happened with Netfljx and Fox. When i try to play it on my other device it keeps saying "There is a problem playing the video. Please try again later.     Hi, I just wanted to report a problem with the app. Everytime a new episode of Riverdale comes out, I can't view it. I get notifications that it is available, but it doesn't show on the episode list. I have to uninstall and and reinstall the app and all is find. Please can you fix this as it is really annoying!     It does not work just keeps saying loading. I pay my bill every month for 2 years and now for the past 4-5 days can not watch. You cut people off for not paying but when you pay you wont give a discount to us for something going on with your app. I want a refund. Full Review

    Edit: Problem solved in at least 3 days. Awesome job. I love love love this app again 👍😁😎🕉. Was great no problems at all one day, not loading the next! What the heck is going on. I am paying money for this app and its useless! Go back to the way it was. I want free months for the time i've paid and not been able to use it. Not happy at all.     When I got Netflix many years ago it use to be amazing, it had lots of new films and top TV series. Now it only has low budget films and TV series are years behind. If they cut the cost it wouldn't be so bad but they put the prices up and not give you anything new or good. Come on Netflix what we paying for and stop putting prices up! Full Review

    I'd give a better review if Netflix would fix the problem I'm having. I can no longer stream on my phone because of an error (2.102).     Current update doesnt refresh some newly released episodes like with Crazy Ex-Girlfriend S3E07 shows up on PC but not on mobile. Good app though, not many bugs. But how come Apple can screenshot their screen while watching a vid but us Androids cant??? 🤔 Full Review

    Fix the Chromecast button. This app is the worst app I use when it comes to casting via the app. Half the time you click the button and it does nothing. The other half of the time you select the device you want to stream to and nothing ever plays. This should be fast, easy, and work perfectly Everytime. But instead it's buggy slow and undependable.     Love the netflix app, has issues with Chromecast. Sometimes I cannot disconnect cast from tv without closing the app and reopening. Trying to stop or pause a casted netflix will not work at times as well. Needing to close the app and reopen or turn Wi-Fi off/on and reopening app to see if it allows to pause/stop. Full Review

    Stopped working on Asus zenpad 10 p00c after android 7.0 update. 2.102 error associated with safetynet. Factory reset only fixes it for around 24 hours and the tablet is only used for netflix. Supremely disappointed. Full Review

    The netflix app is not responding correctly, unless im receiving some maintenance work the app after clicking it sends me to a screen that says "sorry, we could not reach the netflix service.     I downloaded app and every time I go to login it says unable to connect to Netflix server. Gives error code and says try again later. I will wait 8 hours and longer still gives same error msg. It is very annoying. Paid with a NETFLIX gift card and can't even watch anything. Smh!!! Full Review

    Keep getting error message 1001 on s7 edge. Havent been able to open for a week. A paying customer that can't use what I am paying for is bad business. Fix this. Have done all trouble shooting on your page still does not work. Just did an update still not working. Just get it fixed already. My phone has been updated. Still not working.     12-13-2017 Well, ol' Netflix had been humming & ticking along just fine for awhile, there, for the last year or so . . . funny how a subscription fee hike this month, and a couple of rocket scientist developers (engineers?? HAH!!) tinkering with !!%#*!! app updates YET AGAIN, has rendered this app barely manageable for a rather large group of previously happy, loyal Netflix customers.
