    BAD EXPERIENCE..! Hey UBER, do you know that your riders/driver always ask where we gonna go/our destination, and if thats not meet what they want (like its to far for them or to cheap), definately they will cancel it cause they said they will not meet any concequences from uber, the driver/rider will accept any request, cause if they not, there will be a consequences from UBER, but not if they cancel it after accept it..so this is your weekness in your system,they are playing catch and hide with you UBER, so please fix the system, cause it make me want to unintall your apps an not recomend to anyone, so put a consequences if the rider/driver and or costumer cancel the trip..otherwise uber ride/ will be a history in Indonesia... And dont ever put ratting on us as a customer, cause we are who should do that to your rider/driver.. Full Review

    I booked the cab on 12 jan 2018 for borivali west,I selected pickup location was hotel sahara star (outside airport) fare was 282,as my ride got complete driver ask me to pay 382,I didn't argue with him I paid the amount when I check the summary it shown me toll charges 100,if my pickup was from hotel sahara star how can you charge 100 toll charges,even you can clarify from he picked me from outside of hotel n I ask the driver he have change of 500 he said yes he have n what's the fare appearing on the uber application I info the same 282,Charges are incorrect I want a reversal for the same.     Yesterday I took a trip for which I selected card payment. After the trip I paid twice through my card after which the app kept showing outstanding payment . Then I selected the option of pay in cash to next driver. Now my issue is since I paid thrice for the same ride. Shouldn't I get refund? I have been trying to explain this on the app customer support but to no avail. I don't think there are humans responding back. If u do understand, fix it. Full Review

    Drivers are a hit or a miss. Really amazing when the drivers are great. However, drivers drive around in circles way more often now "because that's what navigation told them to do". It's odd that they can report reaching the pickup point from a couple of streets down, wait out the clock and charge a cancellation fee. It is also odd how often pickup time is plain wrong. I've almost never boarded a taxi that has reached within its ETA. Full Review

    I think this apps should upgrade their system. make the driver can't accept any call from other passanger while sending other passenger. it's really burdensome. because, 1st they're late. 2nd I'm the one who have to pay rm5 when I'm cancelling the trip.     Great service and app. Id really like if there was an option to add a note or message when ordering, such as 'traveling with groceries/large luggage' or 'with pets' or 'young children' etc so that drivers can accept fares that are better suited, or even simply 'wearing yellow'.     Used to be the best app... But now am always having problem with my current location. It takes about 5 to 10 mins to show my current location.     Tried it for the first time a week ago, was able to contact the driver and ask if my dog could join. He was very helpful and friendly and allowed my pooch in his car. It was really nice and clean, almost like it was recently detailed. I would suggest adding an option for users in booking as to if they are bringing an animal, and allow an option on their profile to save animals. Also allow drivers to add if they are pet friendly and what animals they will allow. The only issue I have is that I can't get an uber to pick me up at my home. We're just on the outskirts a developing community and I find it odd I can get a uber 5 min down the road at Wal-Mart but not at my place. I do plan on using uber to get home from the city though!     Uber isn't doing well in India because it lacks customer care. They quite literally don't have a number you can call when issues arise. Drivers take advantage of this and cancel rides, because you get charged for it. There's nothing you can do about it, but raise a help ticket that gets shut down a few days later. No verbal customer care, nothing. Which is shocking for a company this big doesn't have something as basic as customer support. Going back to OLA. 👍 Full Review

    Won't let me add a payment option just pulls up a blank screen. Awesome. Edit - I'm aware how to do it. The page is not working. Thought that was pretty clear. Let me say it again. When I go to ADD A PAYMENT, it pulls up a blank white screen that won't load. Strange though because Lyft worked just fine that night. Full Review

It's driver are inexperienced and they can't even track out the pickup location provided by me and waiting some other area and when I take the ride they charged me extra money for waiting...... Inconvenience during the night time with such a idiotic driver.. no customer service number to complaint..     1)Wrong pickup location by apps. 2) App show 13 min ETA. CAR shown in app roaming around different places. Car stopped more than10 min one location shown in map. May be driver having coffee before pickup me ?.. Waited almost 25 minute and did not turn up. I was late at work due to this. 3) Receipt pickup address and actual pickup do not match. 4) comfort better as they atleast tell us if no taxi . Comfort ETA more accurate and reliable. Full Review

    Used to be good. Now not so much. Drivers will refuse trips. The iconic water bottles that they used to offer are virtually non existant anymore. The driver will listen to whatever he wants to listen to and not offer you a choice. And they're not as nice as they used to be. Now its just another slightly better taxi service.     *CREDIT CARD FRAUD*. charged me twice, refused to refund my money. Gave me a $5 credit to their app (that I will most likely never use again). Did not refund my stolen money.     Such a poor customer service. The app does not even bother to fix the problem when it accidently changed my payment method without any notification as well as my agreement. I had to send 3 request and got the exactly same mails not solving any problems but replicate each other.     The latest update makes the app very confusing to use. I can even search for a can for longer than the usual amount of time, like for more than half an hour and still not end up with a cab. I am able to search 2 cabs at once. Sometime ago, maybe because of the hack, I was being offered 5* rating cabs immediately and trip already starts by the time the driver is found. There is a bunch to fix. The old app was better. Service as usual continues to be pleasing. Full Review

    I had been looking forward to the ability to add multiple destinations. Finally it was added to the app only for it not to work on my phone (Moto G4). Once you click the + button, the confirm pickup button disappears, and does not return, no matter how many destinations you add. So I'm back to the old routine of submitting one destination, then changing to the next 30 seconds before arrival. Full Review
